Quick help

I just turned on my new UV sterilizer with the power head. When I pick up the end where the water comes out from being processed. Nothing comes out. What is wrong. Powerhead is working.

could be that you have air trapped you might want to start the movement yourself by sucking on the end of the tube {i know that sounds bad but i could not think of a better way of saying it}. sometimes the water won't move the air. also make sure there are no valves closed. GoodLuck
