Ok so i finaly got my tank filled up, 75 gallons for display and 30 for sump. I got my salinity to a good 1.024 and added my LS and LR. Once i did that i took the salinity again and it stayed at 1.025 so i am happy about that. my temp is hold strong at 77.4 degrees and all seems good. My question is should i take all my readings now and then add my dead shrimp? The shrimp will help the cycle begain correct?

If you have uncured live rock it should be all that you need. If it is cured I'd drop the shrimp in now. BTW the readings you want to check are ammonia and nitrites during the cycle but I'm also checking pH and have stopped checking SG everyday it's holding steady.

It all depends in how much live rock you added, but i'm sure you added plenty to start ccycle. so you don't need the shrimp.
As for testing i would start right now, on Ammonia Nitrates & Nitrates. the rest is just going to confuse you untill cycle has went throug. Just keep Ammonia under 1.

it is a good idea to test everyday so you can monitor the progress of your cycle. it also gets you used to doing tests and you learn to know what to look out for and what to do in case of a spike in something.
