Quick ? on hypo treatment

What type of hydrometer is recomended for this? reasonably priced, too.
Also, see the anorexic lionfish and advise if possible.

Don't you have one already? If not, how do you measure your salinity in your saltwater tank?
You need one that will go down to at least 1.009. Mine does. It is Aquarium Systems "SeaTest Full Range Specific Gravity Meter".
EDIT: it is reasonably priced, but I forgot how much it was.

Yeah, I have one. It is the Aquarium Systems SeaTesT version also. it goes down to 1.004. I read here in one the postings not to use one with a plastic arm.

Buy a refractometer or gauge your hydrometer against one to find out if your hydrometer is accurrate.
