I have a 125 with a porcupine puffer, a V lion, a picaso trigger, and a mantis grouper. I wanted to know if I could put come large damsles in with them.
Ok They are all no more than a few inches long and they are all perfectly fine in the tank they are in right now. I will upgrade when I have to I have no problem with that.
The question i asked was can damsels live with these fish?
well besides the point of overstocking, the damsels will probably be eaten, those are aggressive fish, i wouldnt be suprised if your lion didnt eat them!
JMO, I don't think you'd be overstocked with a large damsel or two if your filtration is good. As long as they are too big to be eaten by your lion, you'd probably be alright. IME I've seen 125's more stocked than that do fine.
