quick question

I just recently bought a cleaner wrasse and the guy who ran the store gave me 1 for free. I was just wondering if they will be ok together? thanks in advance

He more than likely gave you the second one for free because no one would buy them. Do a search on them. They are nearly impossible to keep alive long term in home aquariums. Sorry.

they can be kept, but they eat ONLY parisites and dead skin off of fish, and they arnt that small themselfs, you need a large tank, with about 20 or so large fish that have parisites, SOOOO i would say yeah if your tank is ick free i wouldnt have gotten then second for sure

thats wierd cause they have been eating flake food for me, as well as frozen brine. also im not worried about there diet i simply asked if they would fight. anyone with some knowledge on the question i asked would be appreciated.

99% of the time they will become very territorial when they are acclimated to their surroundings and have set up their "station". Then one will go after the other.
It is not completely uncommon to see the silver and gray or blue and black cleaner wrasses eat shrimp, flake food or even smaller food pellets. Tubixfex worms (or whatever the he%$ they are called) they will sometimes eat as well.
