anyone know of some really quiet fans? I have MH lights, but the fan is so loud.

My husband works on p.c's and he installed two standard p.c. fans, whey work great and are very quiet. you can buy these at computer stores for just a couple of bucks, or go to www.computergeeks.com hope this helps.
