R/O - Shut Off Valve?

Getting ready to get a R/O unit, looking at Kent Marine Hi-S 60GPD. I want to use it for drinking water too. Problem is that this unit will take 2 hours to fill one of my 5 gallon jugs I use for mixing and heating fresh salt water.
Do other people use an automatic shut-off valve so you aren't checking it, use a timer or just get a 5 gallon reserve tank with the R/O unit? If someone uses an automatic shut-off, what type and where did you get it?

If you have a tank that you are using to store water in you can get a float valve kit that shuts the system off automatically.
