Ro is reverse osmosis-- all it means is that it is specially filtered and it is considered to be the best source of water for any aquarium. You can by it in the grocery store, or buy a unit of your own but they are very expensive.
Kris is right, but I'd add that not all RO water you buy at the grocery store is completely clean. I suggest you test your bottled RO water for phosophates.
