racoon buterfly fish

Not that i am going to get one but i saw a 5 incher at the pet store for 65$ is that good, just wondered.

They are a great fish for a butterfly. I have one that is just over 3 years old and bought as baby so is now about 5 or 6 inches and it has been a great fish. Lives in my 46 bowfront with some friends upstairs in the living room. Bought it in October 98 for 40 bucks but as baby fish.

If you have a raccoon in your tank,you will not be able to put anything in there that even resembles a coral...Mine even picked picked every new piece of live rock I added totally clean of everything except coraline algae.Tell you the truth,,,I'm glad he is no longer in my tank.They are a beutifull fish,,,But kindof a pain..They are also very pickey eaters.Mine would eat nothing but brine shrimp....

thank you all, Salty can you update us on what fish you have now, i thought i read somewere you got rid of the achillies

The raccoon went to my LFS,The achilles died. I now have an emperor,flame,and coral beauty angels.A yellow,sailfin and hippo tang.two percs,and one maroon clown.Two green chromis.And a yellowtail damsel. That's about it now.Not counting all the crabs,and two carpets...
