Rainbow Lifeguard Bulkheads

Does anyone know the contact information for Rainbow Lifeguard?
I need to know what the Rainbow Lifeguard bulkheads are made of because I need to glue some pipe to the bulkhead.

If your are going to glue PVC to the bulkhead, use PVC cement. That is what I use on all my RL bulkheads. Makes me think they are made of PVC, but not sure.
