The corals were great. No problem. The solutions came with no problem. The fish order was another story.
In summary, 6 of the 7 died in Quarantine. 2 DOA. 2 were playing football with the side of the tank. The one that made it is one of my maroon today and is healthy as a horse.
Problem with SWF.com is the misleading 15-day guarantee. They don't credit back to your CC#. It is a store credit. Regardless, I am fine with that.
Now the kicker. You can't use the store credit as full payment for your next order.
For ex, my credit is about $165. When I made another order for $135, I was told that I can only use about $55 of my credit. The rest would have to be paid via CC. Apparently there is a $79 minimum MERCHANDISE you must pay. The balance can be paid with issued credit.
To me, that is strong-arming the customer to purchase additional items with misleading guarantee and "store credit".
Think about it. You purchased an item from a local store. Upon return, you were issued a store credit. When you return to purchase, they tell you that you can only use a partial of that because there is a minimum $79 merchandise fee!
