Its a place where they take some currents pic of some coral and they post it with the price and you get that coral in the pic.

i have been to it and although it doesnt usually have anything it sometimes has inverts, fish, and coral that i have seen the eye it and buy it section is for supposivly "rare" items that you can buy so its probably just stuff that they get that isnt part of their sale section so they can sell it their without making one of those care sheet things when they only have it for like one time thing...hope i answered your guy's questions

i think it is really good i have ordered a bunch of times ask other people like almost all the people on here have ordered...well maybe 3/4 of the people have ordered and most people have good success with every order i do say swf.com is very good at shipping and having very nice colorful specimens that are very healthy if they die it is usually your tank not swf.com problem and they do have guarantees and stuff so i wouldnt really worry that much i love ordering from here...i usually get better success with things on here rather than local fish stores...except i have had difficulties with some snails and shrimp...dont know why..its prob me or something but with snails and shrimp i have better success with LFS rather than on here but everything else has been amazing..all though i do recomend researching a lil rather than just reading their description on the item and buying it...its not always accurate..but they have great prices on alot of things and have very healthy and colorful specimens

Remember it gets to your lfs the same way... And with them you pay more and get less of a guarantee.

Not to beat a dead horse.......but every LFS i have been to... your guarantee is " I bagged it, you pay for it, that's your guarantee" walk out of the store, they could care less what your salinity is, your ph.....etc.
Oh, the good ones
will give you store credit, usually less than what you paid.

The corals were great. No problem. The solutions came with no problem. The fish order was another story.
In summary, 6 of the 7 died in Quarantine. 2 DOA. 2 were playing football with the side of the tank. The one that made it is one of my maroon today and is healthy as a horse.
Problem with SWF.com is the misleading 15-day guarantee. They don't credit back to your CC#. It is a store credit. Regardless, I am fine with that.
Now the kicker. You can't use the store credit as full payment for your next order.
For ex, my credit is about $165. When I made another order for $135, I was told that I can only use about $55 of my credit. The rest would have to be paid via CC. Apparently there is a $79 minimum MERCHANDISE you must pay. The balance can be paid with issued credit.
To me, that is strong-arming the customer to purchase additional items with misleading guarantee and "store credit".
Think about it. You purchased an item from a local store. Upon return, you were issued a store credit. When you return to purchase, they tell you that you can only use a partial of that because there is a minimum $79 merchandise fee!

Mods is this correct? Cuz that would not be nice.
