Couple of random questions I have for you seahorse keepers and I’d rather not start a separate thread for each.
I’ve read up on how people feed their seahorse and I’d like a little clarification. One of the things I’ve read is that if there are still BBS present after about 4 hours then I’ve probably overfed. So then what do you do, siphon out some of the BBS so that they don’t pollute the tank?
Has anyone ever tried a feeding dish with dwarfs? I know that the food is alive so there is no keeping it contained but would it work to have feeding dishes set up in a couple of different areas and to put a little BBS in them to see if the dsh would come to the trough, so to speak?
I’m trying to keep my tank pretty natural. I’ve got several different species of macro-algae. As long as the dsh have plenty of room, can there be “too much” macro-algae?
