Rapidly breating blue dot toby

Hey yeal, my toby is breathing super fast and not moving around to much. all the other fish in the tank are fine, nothing is stressing it as far as i know, and my params are all in check. it also hasnt eaten to much in the past day either. just wondering if anyone knows what could be wrong

i had it probably 6 months. no harassment at all. the same thing happend with my lyretail hawkfish about 2 months ago.
one day is perfect and healthy. then stops eating one day. the next starts breathing super hard. then dies.
same thing happend with my toby

one day fine stops eating breaths hard ..left for mma practice. came home and it was dead blagh

Have you checked for stray current in the tank?

i have both a Shock Buster GFCI and a ground probe on the tank so there should be though stray electricity. although i dont have anything to test for it with :/
