cool, I thought most clowns attacked you if you tried to mess with "their" anemone.

Mine sure dont. All of my fish are so friendly and tame. They dont mind if I go near their anemones or anything. The only fish that even bites me is my yellow tang which grabs hair off my arm and rips it out... but thats only because he thinks it's hair algae

I had a Maroon clown that was hosting a sebea anemone. I did not have enought light, so my anemone bit the dust. For the last three days of that anemone's life, however, I had MH, cause I learned my lesson.
Anyway, the dead anemone was all deflated and the clown was still trying to host it. It was pitiful. So I went to the LFS and bought a BTA. I acclimated it and as I have the anemone in my hand reaching down into the aquarium to place it, the Maroon clown dives into my hand and starts hosting right there. My clown would not even let me get it placed before he claimed residence.
Anyway, the dead anemone was all deflated and the clown was still trying to host it. It was pitiful. So I went to the LFS and bought a BTA. I used to touch my anemone all of the time: whenever i fed it, i had to move it once, and i just think its cool how they are "sticky". Never had a problem.
I have a pair of tomato clowns, and whenever i got too close to the anemone or i was moving the rock it was on, the female would ram me! She did some kind of headbut/bite thing! AND it HURT!!!! She packed quite a punch lol
