Do you mean what is your head loss? There are several head loss calculators out there, here is one:

if you want to know for sure just put a flexible tubing on the pump and run it up to the same head height and have it pump into a gallon jug. count the seconds it takes to fill and divide that number FROM 600 that will give you gallon per minute. then multiply by 60 to give you the gallons per hour
so for instance if it takes you 10 seconds to fill the gallon container you would take 60 / 10 = 6 GPM x 60 minutes = 360 GPH
If its a big pump use a 5 gallon pail and do that additonal math.
