I have been reading posts on here and people seem happy with it. I know nothing about it and was wondering if someone could give me a link about how it is done step by step. I think I can guess the link susan sent you. The article there is very useful. Basically the process is pretty simple though. Just throw some fresh raw shrimp(2-3 for a 75 should be good) in the tank and wait and do your tests. That's really about it. Good luck.

Good luck. This is the way I cycled all my tanks. Works just fine.
