raw shrimp

another question,
is it bad to put in new fish while still keeping raw shrimp in the tank right after the cycle? i know. why would i want it in there. i have 2 shrimps in there. i was thinking if i put in a fish and take one shrimp out, it may keep the tank closer to an equilibrium and not lose the bacteria as if i just took both shrimps out.
the more input from u guys the better. Thanks

i would go from 2 shrimps to 1 fish. going down on the bio0-load shouldnt hurt anything. im also cycling with shrimp, but should i replace it ever, or just leave the same shrimp in there? its been in there since friday. when mine gets done im going to ditch both shrimp and get a royal gramma maybe. i dont think you need to take out just 1 shrimp. besides that wouldnt your fish just eat at the shrimp?
