i have 175w of mh lighting on my 10g ........do you haf to feed the rbta
sice i have very good lighting

Yes, you still have to feed it a few times a week. The glucose molecules they produce in photosynthesis will not feed them entirely. Silversides, krill, prawn, squid, and other meaty foods work fine. Make sure to give it variety like any other sea creatiure.
You do have very good lighting though. Good job on giving it a proper enivroment and asking questions.

Anemones get carbon in sugars from photosynthesis, but they still need nitrogen from the feedings.
I usually do not recommend putting any hosting-species of anemones into such a small tank since water parameters are much harder to keep in smaller tanks.
