RBTA Shriveled Up

My RBTA has been in my tank for 2 days and looked fine but today it shriveled up and moved into a caved.
Please someone give me some info about this behavior. All conditions are ideal...

Could be some acclimation shock, are there any clowns harassing it yet?
What is the lighting difference between where you got it and what you have now?

Yes, there is a clarkii hosting it.
Lighting difference? Hard to tell. I have a VHO set up 440 W.
