RBTA Troubles...need help!!

So, I have a 15 gal tall tank with a crappy HOB cascade filters, my anemone keeps getting stuck in the grating of the intake tube...is there anything I can do to stop this?

You can buy a sponge to put over the intake of the filter. Most fish stores sell them for next to nothing.
