I just fiiled my soon to be 45 gallon reef. I have a 16 gallon sump, and a 5 gallon refuge that gravity feeds back to the sump. I also have an Amiricle external overflow. This is where the question is. DO I siphon the air out of the u tube, and start the siphon, then fire up the pump. I dont want to do this wrong because I live in an apartment. Thanks for the info.
