Really Hungry Turbo Snail

I recently purchased a couple turbo snails. When I got them home they were latched on to each other, that's when I noticed that the bigger one looked a little different. After putting them into my tank the larger snail moved on, but the smaller one has never moved. Then the bigger snail made its way to the back glass where one of my other turbo's was cleaning, and decided to latch on to it. The turbo later fell to the bottom of the tank and hasn't moved since. This bigger turbo is now the only living snail in my tank. I was just wandering if this is normal turbo snail behavior or do I have some sort of crazy snail eating snail?

I just orderd a reef package. I dont know if I should take the snail eating snail out of the tank.

The crazy snail grabbed one of my turbos by the shell, spun it around, and sucked out the soft stuff. Its now in quarantine.

what does this snail look like??
i had purchased ae cone snails and wasntn informed that they were carnivores it ate 2 of my turbos before i realized what it was doing... brought him back to the lfs asap!
i wouldnt keep it in there.... turbos arent carnivores but others are

Sounds like a critter I'd remove....when in question I vote for ejection.

WELL I THOUGHT I WAS BEING DELUSIONAL SO I PUT THE SNAIL BACK INTO THE TANK. WHEN I WOKE UP THIS MORNING IT HAD ANOTHER TURBO. NOT EATING THE ALGAE ON ITS BACK BUT SUCKING ON THE SOFT STUFF AGAIN. I KNOW THE TURBO WAS ALIVE BEFORE THE CARNIVOROUS SNAIL GOT TO IT, BECAUSE IT WAS HIGH ON THE FRONT GLASS. I DIDNT EVEN THINK ABOUT TAKING A PICTURE WHILE IT WAS IN THE ACT UNTIL AFTER I REMOVED IT.

hard to tell exactly what kinda snaiul it is.... looks likle a turbo but the algae on the shell i cant really tell..... does he look exactly like your other turbos??
the one i had that devoured some of my snails had more of a pointed cone shaped shell...
what did u do with him?

Looking at the Turbos I have, and looking at this one, they look allot different. This one also has a cone shaped shell. A sideways cone with the point pointing sideways instead of up like the Turbos I have.
I put it in a quarantine tank. I don't know if I want to keep it, or bring it back to the lfs I got it from.

It's a "get the heck it out of your tank" snail. I had a Blue Leg Hermit who was eating my snails (one a day for a week). I gave him back to the LFS.
