Really Tiny Bug Like Creatures on LiveRock

Hey guys,
Tonight when I got home from dinner I turned on the Blue LED light after the tank was dark. I noticed a bunch of very tiny looking bug like creatures crawling on the live rock. They would run to a spot and then stop. Then run to another spot and stop. I have never noticed these b4 during the day or when the lights are on at night. Does anyone know what they are and if they are harmful to the tank. I have Fish, 1 anenome, a blue star & had polyp's but they didn't do so well.

pictures would definetely help but i would guess there copepods and there perfectly safe. Are they like see through? All mine hide in daytime and all come out to roam and eat at night. When i look close at night i can see them.

Not to worry they are just Copepods you will also have Amphipods in there too. they make good fish food for many fish such as Mandarin fish Gobies and Blennys
