:help: A quick qustion for the know-it-all's. :help:
Is $70 reasonable for a man's fist sized green BTA? It looks pretty healthy.
Any input would be helpful.

$50 would be better ~ $70 sounds high to me.
They sell them for only $30 bucks on this site, the $50 is what my LFS sells them for.

Can you order a specific color or is it just pick of the litter so to speak. Cuz the green one looks really cool. is it $30 here plus shipping which would mean around $50 all together?

Mail ordering is like a box of chocolates, you never know what your going to get. You can try to order what you want, they can try to fill the request, but don't hold your breath. I think perhpas if you find one that you like, can examin it in person as to health, color and general appearance, then it may be worth a premium price to you. However I see nothing wrong with trying to talk him down in price by at least 10 bucks.

That was a clever use of that line ;)
I personally got my first bta which was lacking color and not great for $40. Long story short it found a intake. I got my second one when another LFS was having a sale.. it only cost me $19.99. A RBTA was $29.99... but I didnt want a RBTA cause they were smaller :) Anyways.. $70 is nuts.

$70 does seem high when you can get them online for under half the price if not cheaper ...but when you factor in shipping the price jumps back up. The site I ordered from actually let me request a green BTA. I was skeptical that I would get a green one, but it was green when it arrived.
