Just recieved 3 new corals a colony polyp a star polyp (which aren't really zooanthea's "polyp corals" their soft corals) and a colt coral
Everything looks really good exept the colt coral is a little sad
I just bumped it around a little and it was out of the water for almost 2 minutes and it is drooping and looking sad-I think it is just a little stress but i am just making sure
Also it is bright purple i have never heard of a purple colt coral just wondering if this is a true colt coral (it was avritised as a colt coral under the sientific name of smaething that started with an A just can't remeber it)
by the way all perimeters are perfect and my tank supports sps and soft and polyp corals and one anenome.....
Thanks

Your colt will open once he gets comfortable. they look purple when all the polyps are closed up for protection.
He will look like this in a couple of days.
