Recommend a light for my 46 gallon

Hi,
I just got a new 46 gallon bow tank after not having a salt water tank for over 10 years. I was hoping the board could please recommend an affordable light feature (Max $200). I am planning on keeping fish, plants, and possibly adding some live rock or corals which don't need expensive lighting. Also if you could recommend where I purchase the light feature I'd greatly appreciate it. From what I gather reading the board I need at least 4 watts per gallon. What else do I need to know. For example, is it important to have a day light and a night light? Thanks for your help.

Hmmmm $200 to spend.
I would go with the Current Nova T5-HO fixture.(4x39w)
Google Current NovaExtreme, they sell them practically everywhere online.

Thanks for the tips guys. I appreciate it. Do you know if 10000K bulbs are ok for salt water plants? I was hoping to add some red kelp.
