Recommend an active fish w/ Niger Trigger and Snowflake eel

I've got a 3-4 inch niger trigger and a 8 inch snowflake moray. My tank isn't very lively so I'm looking for something more active I could add. The Niger hides all day. Suggestions? Maybe an angel or tang?
