tank is a 29 gallon bio cube. Not sure as to specifics of fish yet, but mostly a peacefully tank with clown fish and many corals. I've heard several different recommendations, of removing my bio balls and adding a protein skimmer in my chamber 2. I've had my tank completely cycled now for a few weeks so I'm guessing that if I did this I would have to do it slowly, however I don't really want to be spending $5 bucks a week for water changes so a skimmer would be good. The other recommendation I've received is creating an entire sump system below the tank. Found this on youtube which looks interesting as I have the same setup with the stand and want everything self contained. Just don't really know where to start and want to make sure I have everything covered before I start adding my fish and corals. Just have inverts now ( a few snails and some hermit crabs). If anyone has thoughts or personal experiences help would be greatly appreciated. Pluses and minus of each ect..Thanks very much.
