Recommendations For New Tank

Hi,
We've been in the hobby for a few years now (currently have a 30 gallon fish only tank). Thinking about starting a new tank soon (going larger, somewhere around 70 gallons or maybe a little more). I wanted to get some recommendations from the members here for equipment. Currently we use a Whisper EX70 filter, and I'm sure there are better alternatives out there.
What are your recommendations for equipment, i.e. heater, filter / filter media, lighting, and anything else that you can think of. We don't want to spend tons of money, so if we could get recommendations for a low-end or mid price range tank, that would be more helpful.
We realize that there are tons of combinations that can be used and it really is up to us what we decide, but we wanted to see what other people are using as well.
Thanks!

there are many ways to have a reef or FOWLR aquarium. Google them both and if you have questions, ask them. I dont mean to sound rude, but there is just too much info on SW tanks to type here.

I have a sump, protein skimmer, gfo and biopellet reactor, carbon in a media bag, metal halide w/t5 lighting, powerheads, sump light, heater, and thats all i can think of.

I would recommend doing a sump with a refugium setup. The koralia powerheads will get the job done for flow.
