I am wondering if anyone can recommend a calcium product that the have had success with.
I am interested in starting to add it to my tank to promote Coralline Algae growth - and to start preparing for additions of corals.
thanks.
Kent Marine makes some good products. Tech CB, Liquid calcium, turbo calcium and kalkwasser. I use the Tech cb as well as the kalkwasser. Keeps my calcium way upa nd balances out my ph and alk.
I use nothing else but Kent Marine. i use there iodine, coral vite, stronium, pro buffer, alk, zoe, coral health(new!), and all the other chemicals. i think i have them all! i get the huge bottles for my tank. last along time. made my walet ALOT lighter!
Another vote for seachem products......I use reef advantage/builder/buffer and they work for me....plus I drip kalk on a regular basis.........basically any of the products will work if you maintain a stable balance with your temp/ph/calcium/alkalinity.....product choice is probably more of a personal preference.........goal is to maintain proper levels without severe fluctuations.
