Recycled Toilet Water

I'm really not kidding! In 2003 there was an advertising campaign in Charleston, SC for a company that was wanting to see how much buzz would be created if they advertised recycled toilet water as a bottled drinking water. There were MANY billboards, etc. for this. Does anyone know whow this was?

Im not for sure but I so know alot of bottled water companies are doing this. MOst bottled water is reclaimmed water.
