red algea ?

i have some red algea growing on my live rock. it looks like grass with thin blades, and a little bushy and is almost a deep red color. any ideas what it is? is it good, or bad. it growing next to some green alge that looks the same way but is green. this is growing on some live rock i am curing.

if it looks like grass or weeds, it may be sargassum, it would be a good thing
