what should i use to cure it on my yellow tang, i caught it early, there is no coral in the tank just LR

there are no open sores, just sligtly red, i made a mistake by being anxious and making my QT tank into a reef tank(oops) well tomorrow i will do a massive change, like 25g out of 125 and treat with expert series from kent and feed him a lot of seeweed selects soaked in zoe, i hope he is great because he is a great algae eater and really large
