Red "Caulerpa" Kelp

I recently picked up a starter of this Red "Grape Caulerpa" kelp., and I did not do much homework on it before buying it. I'm curious what its lighting requirements or needs are, and how fast it grows.
Thanks

One needs to understand that red grape caulerpa is a misnomer. It’s not a member of the caulerpa family. That being said you can use a staggered light regiment. As far as growth as with all higher forms of algae their growth is predicated on the nutrient in your water

Hmmmm. Strange because in a reefkeeping article this was said;
"Botryocladia, a red grape algae, grows quickly under intense lighting in this seagrass aquarium. Photo courtesy of Scott Fellman."
And in a reefland article;
"One of the more popular algae species for aesthetic use in refugia is Botryocladia,"red grapes." Although it is a crowd-pleaser for its handsome color and morphology, this algae is not ideal for "working" refugia used for utilitarian purposes like nutrient export, as it is not reliably fast growing or stable over an extended period of time for most aquarists. It is simply and aesthetic delight. photo by Anthony Calfo"

Yup, I read that before. But I have it in every tank and it's IME it grows better in the low light tanks. When it starts to loose it's grapes in the light, I hide it under a rock it recovers and then I bring it back out to the light.

Well that is good news for me. The best I could find was medium to high light requirements for it, but no one has ever really put a good watt per gallon estimate to me for what low/medium/high light is anymore.
I am currently running it in what I would consider a medium light tank, under 3 T12 bulbs that will be switched out to 3 T5 bulbs tomorrow night since my retrofit kit just arrived. I want this tank to be a low-medium light tank, since I will setup my 120 to be high light.
I was also curious if I ran it in my refugium what kind of lights would allow it to prosper. In the past I just ran a small 2 PC bulb unit on my refugium, but I would consider it to be low light.
