Red crab ID

I purchased a red crab today from the lfs same size and build of an emerald crab but hes red and has eyes sticking way up just like mr. crabs from spongebob. What is the name of this guy? i cant seem to find him on any site.

looking for the cabhle to my phone going to take a picture.. hes in such a bad spot though may just get his backside.

anyone have any info on these?
reef safe?
isnt that just a fiddler crab..... in that case dont he have to have a place to get out of the water? if so i gotta bring him back. i'm hoping he is something different or does not have to have a dry area. He didnt have one at the lfs although that doesnt say much

bump- can someone please provide me some expertise. this red crab doesnt seem to be very happy in the water he always seems to try and climb the walls. found him in one of the back tanks today. Do they need a dry area? the lfs said he did not but im kind of doubting the guy.
