Red dots,tennis ball colored LR

I have some neon yellow-ish,light green thing spreading all over my base rocks. It is the color of a tennis ball. It started growing after my small cycle of diatoms. My snails cleaned up then shortly after i started to notice this color spreading.Also the rocks have red dots,light and dark red.This is mostly where the light shines on the rocks. Im not sure what it is. Any opinions/help would be appreciated.

It's probably coraline algea which is good, the more the better. Do you have pictures you can post?
