i just recently bought my red general star fish and i am really not to sure what to feed it. i have some mysis shrimp should i give him dat

Protorester lincki: My book says they need a tank 100g or larger and that they feed on sponges in the wild. The internet search says they will eat chopped up clam and shrimp. They are not reef safe, will eat soft corals,stony corals and sea anemones.

oo and 1 more thing u said clams nd shrimp can u use dee ones from a supermarket wich are frozen or u got to go 2 ur LFS

Yes from the supermarket, but make sure it is frozen raw uncooked shrimp or clam.

lol i got another question now so i put the chopped clams underneath dee starfish nd like an hour later i see a chunk that i put on the side of him i was jus wonderin if he ate or not
