Red leg crab now in a snail shell

I know iam still pretty new but i thought it was pretty cool seeing my red leg inside a snail shell..does this happen alot?

I have a handfull varity of empty shells and one of my Bluelegs took host and he looks like a crawling rock now. If you value your live snails it would be advisable to add a few extra empty shells in the tank. Crabs will change shells due to growth or just for a new look.

sometimes they take the new shells u put in but sometimes they don't..i see my hermits check out the new shells i throw in there and just crawl away only one of my hermits so far changed shells..none have killed a snail for the shell as of yet..
