Red Sea Mimic Blenny?

He's really cool lookin, at least in my book and says peaceful. Any info on him?
And the Red-Lipped as a scooter? Can they live together in a 100 gallon?
My ultimate goal is a mandarin, at least I'd like (stable reef tank of course) so NOT to change it off the Blennies but would they be o.k with him too? Or would they mess up the needed copepods?
Mainly, this Red Sea Mimic guy...What do you think?

Hate to disappoint you but I actually saw him in my book! And let me tell you that picture you sent me is even so much more beautiful! I am definately as disappointed as you if he can't be found. We have to find him!!!
