I have a Green Brittle Star in my 135 tank. Can I add a Red Serpent Star? Will they co-exist without problems?

Cool, I have a red serpent , and adding a green brittle, as long as you have lots of rock and feed them you should be fine:)

Just remember, this is a very very delicate star. One of the most delicate brittlestars in the hobby. If you search for Ophioderma squamosissimum, you should find info. The key is that specific gravity should be 1.025-1.026, water conditions should be pristine, the tank should be at least 6 months old, and acclimation should be very very long. At least 4+ hours, using a drip method, and being sure to keep the temp equalized. They will often die within the first month, of acclimation shock. If they make it through acclimation and the first month, they are usually pretty tough, and a great addition to the tank. They should, IMO, be spot fed.
