Red Slime Algae

hi, i have a red slime problem and i need to get rid of it as quickly as possible. im moving my tank onto a stand soon so all my rock and fish will be out of the way when im moving them. the sand i could grav vac if that will work and get most of the slime cause all there is gonna be in my tank is 2" of sand in 3" of water so i was thinking i could get rid of it then. what would you do? thanks...

i use a product from Marine depot from blue life medications called red slime removal. works great. just follow directions and have a 25-30% water change ready to go at the end of it. red slime gone in about 3-4 days with no damage to your livestock
