Red slime with bubbles in it???

I know that is not a great discription, but that is what it looks like.
I need to know if this is a good thing or a bad one.
I have attached some pictures I hope someone can help.

I had that on my rocks, i got some snails and hermits and they ate it right up, also get some current in your tank.

And leave them out...They are not beneficial in any way

I will be washing the artificial plants and putting them back in. Also I will be adding current.
Benifical or not the wife picked them for color, so they stay.
I have 10 jade crabs 3 scarlett 3 emerald 10 n snails and 2 turbos and none of them are touching it.

Because it is on the plants..This is not a fast process, and the artificial will not support their weight..If you continue to use them, you will be looking at this problem again..
