red slime

Can anyone tell me how to take care of red slime algae, even after a 10% water change 2 days ago and the parameters are nitrates 10;nitrite 0;ph 8.4; ammonia 0; I had this outbrake of algae along with some hair algae and wondering if a second water change would help or is it too close since the last?

Do a search for cyano bacteria or red slime algae, It all come down to clean-up crew, lighting time, water flow, RO/DI water a must, cut down feeding.. These will all help immensely.
