Red X's and no avatars?

I just switched to high-speed and now I have red x's instead of the avatars in here.
Same with the site directory to the left.
Anybody know what that means?

you might have to contact your service provider and ask them what graphics settings you will have to make also if you installed their software you may need to adust it to show the graphics.
I had to do this went I to cable internet.

Ditto. I had the same problem when I switched to high speed.
