red/yellow worm ID please

I have these showing up all around my tank. When the lights are out they seem to move like small worms.
They are not just on the glass but on the rock and sand as well.
Any thoughts?
Thanks everyone.

definitely some type of flatworm, but i've not seen it before. what do you have in your tank?

I have Hermits, snails and a conch.
brown and green polyps and some green star polyps.
It kinda moves like a slug but does not move that much at all when the light is on.
I have no idea.

FLATWORM!!!
They are nasty, get rid of it asap, and all others you find. They spread like crazy, and are toxic. Nothing really eats them. What ever you do do not use chemicals to kill them. WOrker in my LFS used chemicals, his dog got sick, besides everything in the tank died. He had so many of them, the water turned brown from the toxin, and his dog was ill. They are nasty, only thing that eats them is a velvet nudi branch, and good luck finding one. I suggest you hunt for them asap.

I used flatworm eXit from dafifert
Nothing died but the flatworms and everything is back to normal

If you have flatworms use this product.
