reef cleaner package in a cycled tank?

As long as you have an algae bloom for the CUC to clean up, otherwise the inverts have othing to feed on...if not and you jumped the gun, then put out algae sheets or they will starve.

yea you should be ready for life. how big is your tank?
i wouldnt add TOO much at one time. remember its a new tank that will have to adjust to the new bioload.
