Reef fish foods?

I have a bit of a concern. My flake food is causing some phosphates, but since right now my tank is a fowlr, there is no problem. When I am ready to introduce corals though, .5 phosphates will be an issue. I occasionally feed frozen brine to my fish, but just occasionally. My final stocklist for fish and inverts will be 4 turbos, 2 ocellaris, an orange shrimpgoby and pistol shrimp, a porcelain crab, 10 nassarius snails, and a feather duster. So what kinds of foods do you recommend. I need some help with a feeding schedule please!

i suggest you make your own food. it's easy to do, and will go a long way towards a clean tank. store bought flake and frozen foods are not scrutinized like we want them to be.
you can find many recipes on line to make a good, healthy food, for fish and corals.
what i do is go to the supermarket. i buy a couple raw shrimp, a small handfull of scallops, a couple fresh clams, and whatever other white meat fish i feel like adding(i don't use salmon or any fatty fish), and toss all of them in a blender with some nori, and thawed, drained, cyclo-peeze and misis shrimp. then i chop to "puree".
i put this mixture in a gallon sized ziplock and roll it out with a rolling pin until flat, then freeze.
i have a very healthy food that will last me months, for just a few dollars.
i feed this to my lps and fish. they love it.

Mr. X, could you please list a few types of white meat fish that would be good to use. One more question. exactly how do you draine cyclo-peeze, that stuff is pretty small. Thanks

i just put the cyclo-peeze on a flat surface and tilt it slightly. you'll see the juice run down. there's so little it's not a big deal.
the misis, i use a small net for. i sit the frozen misis in the net and put the net in a cup of warm tank water. there's alot of garbage you don't want in your tank, in frozen misis.
i choose whatever white meat fish that's on sale- cod, mahi mahi, flounder, grouper, halibut, whatever comes from the ocean that's not super fatty like salmon or tuna.
which softies will you plan on keeping keebler? ricordea will eat this mix i made, xenia need nothing but light.

Yeah, well I am planning on some xenia as well as some rics. In addition to those I am going to get some red shrooms and discosoma shrooms. I don't know, I'll just make additions slowly, after I get my phosphates down anyway.
