Reef/fish safe Paint?

I want to paint the inside of my tank which is currently blue and I' want to make it black. The problem is that i can not take off the blue paint since it's inside the acrylic sheet and this forces me to paint the inside of the tank. The tank isn't running and I can leave it drying for how long it may need.
Is there any fish safe paint that won't come off underwater and will have no effects on my reef system later on?

I don't know how well it will adhere to glass (or is it acrylic....you mentioned acrylic sheet...??) but Krylon Fusions for plastics IS safe for the tank....I can say this with experience backing it up. My live frame rock towers all have fusion paint on the PVC, and they've been in there for a while now with no ill effects. Just make sure you let the paint fully cure before you go adding water -- I mean a solid 48 hours minimum. If you can smell the VOC's, they'll get into the water.

It's an acrylic tank. The thing that might worry me is that if I try to clean the back of the tank/scrub of some coraline, then the paint may come off as well and stay in my tank
