reef food and schedules ???

what and how much do you feed your reefs??? I am curious as to everybody's preference. There are some beautiful tanks here and am wondering what you feed your corals. Let's hear your secrets!!!

fish poop & regular water changes + proper calcium & alkalinity stability..

I feed mine a mixture of Coral frenzy, Cyclopeeze, Mysis, Forumla 1 pellets, Squid, Silversidesm Octopus, Flakes, Shrimps, (Mysis and Brine) all grinded up.
And I feed my tank heavy. 2-3 daily and I only have a 14 gal tanka nd params are always good and growth is great

Wow, you must have some state of the art biofiltration..

water changes and thats it and little biocube skimmer. Its just a biocube nano.
Most of what doesnt get eaten by the fish gets eatin by the corals since I dont have a sandbed. Its covered in zoas.
