I am setting up a new tank. 120 gals. I have a Precision Marine 626 Skimmer, a large CPR sump, 3 little giant pumps and some cash to spend.
The question is go for Fish Only or Reef.
Please tell me odds and evens on both.

I had a 55 gallons FO for 3 years. No very high tech (on those student days) then I had a 180 gal FO, but I got to let it go when I moved. I never had a reef tank. I like them, but I want to know the goods and the bads to decide.

My mayor concern is that I am not familiar with corals, then I do not know which to buy, and if there are some not compatibles with others.
One of the things I would like to have is a clown fish with its anemony.
Can I do that in a fish only tank?
If any of my fish get sick, can I treat the tank without killing the anemony?

Your concerns are well founded as there are compatability issues with corals as well. All the animals in a reef system have their particular needs and you must be willing to address all of their needs to be successful.
Your asking questions is a good start to making the transition. You may want to do some research, both online and in-book to find out about the various inverts and their peculiar needs (ie, space, current, light, etc.) With that you'll have a better feel for what a reef really consists of and if you're willing to invest both time and money.
I have both and wouldn't part with either. But, they're vastly different in their needs and setup.
Good Luck and let us know what you do.

tell me about your agressive tank? Which fish and equipment do you have.
What are the odds and evens?

125 Aggressive:
Niger Trigger
Picasso Trigger
Valentini Puffer
Volitans Lion
Snowflake Eel
Wolf Eel
Yellowtail Coris Wrasse
Upside? The fish are great! Lot's of action. Feeding time is an "event" at our house.
Downside? Not sure I have any at this time.
Equipment: The tank has dual overflows(predrilled) going to a wet/dry sump. Nautilus TE skimmer with mag 7 and a mag 12 for return. Couple of heaters. Other than normal lights, that's it!

I an having my tank buit now, and probably I will go for the agressive. The tank will be 4'x2'x2', and the guy asked me if I want 1 or 2 overflow boxes. I said 1 because I do not want to loose the space with the 2 boxes. Do you think I need 2?
Also, for the agressive tank, it is recommended to use live rock, or only dead decorations. If LR is used, does the medication kills it? and what type of lighting do I need for the LF to be suscessfull?
Sorry If I ask too many questions, but I am getting exited
